Greetings and peace to you. Welcome to our farm's page!

Thank you for visiting our web site! Please look around and learn about us and what we do to grow fresh, healthy and organic food for you! Gee Creek Farm is a certified organic family farm located near Ridgefield, Washington just north of Vancouver. We are certified organic by WSDA. Our farm is named after the waterway that starts on our land.

We are located about 13 miles north of the Portland city limits, fairly close to I-5. We have been farming here since 1998 and have 29 years farming experience growing crops and livestock. We grow and sell vegetables mostly and some fruit to CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm members, at farmer's markets throughout the Portland Metro region and to wholesale customers.

We have just finished another successful CSA season. Thanks to all the members, customers, workers and suppliers who helped us! We are hoping to continue the growth of our farm membership and would be happy to grow for you. So please consider purchasing a share of our harvest for this year. You will get great fresh local organic food at a discount and help keep our farm and workers on the land stewarding the green spaces that we farm with organic methods and dedication to making and keeping sustainable agriculture alive and thriving in our region.

The spirit of a CSA is community support and involvement. We are very grateful for those who were members in the past and as we now open our registration process we welcome you all back to participate what we hope to be an even better year ahead! Discounts are available to all members who rejoin. We are convinced that Community Supported Agriculture is an important way to make American agriculture what it once was; sustainable, local, fresh, environmentally clean, and human scale. It was very nice again, this past year to have some members come to work with us in the fields; we hope to increase the opportunities for member participation and hands on connection to the foods we grow.

This past year saw the introduction of a number of new enterprises to our farm. We stared a grain milling division, now producing about 35 products ranging from cereals, mixes, grains, beans and flours. These products have met with strong customer and member approval. In addition to the grain milling operation we have begun a value added organic food division that now produces 6 flavors of hummus, 10 types of vegan, organic soups and stews and soon will add kim chee and sauerkraut, sauces, salsa, deserts and more. We hope you can get a chance to see us at the winter time markets where we sell our value added products. These products are delicious, moderately priced, super-healthy whole foods made from organic ingredients and made fresh by local workers.

Please visit our testimonials page to read what many of our members have to say about their experiences with our CSA program. Make a decision to eat healthy, local and organic this year! For membership information and an application form please see our CSA page for more information.
